The program takes place for either six weeks in the spring or eight weeks over the summer and will require 3–4 hours of time each week. Of the 4 hours, 3 hours will be carried out on their own time. They can choose when to complete those activities, and how they fit into their schedule. For the remaining hour, they will be joining a scheduled video call with their small group, the timing of which will be predetermined in advance.
