In celebration of our 85th anniversary, The Experiment is offering a brand new exclusive program, Germany: The Alumni Experience, for Experiment alumni over 40 and their 18+ companions.
My groupmates and I all share a special connection because of the time we all spent together. No one in my daily life– my parents, friends, or teachers, can even begin to understand the experience that was my summer in China. It is so important to me that I continue talking with my groupmates to remind myself of that experience and continue reveling in the memories.MayaExperimenter to China
Tap into the resources of The Experiment, SIT Study Abroad, SIT Graduate Institute, and World Learning.
Participating in The Experiment is just the beginning of lifelong engagement with a global network of contacts, resources, and opportunities. Experiment alumni join a worldwide community of 125,000 students and participants from the entire World Learning Inc. family, which includes The Experiment, the School for International Training (SIT) Graduate Institute, SIT Study Abroad, and World learning.
The Experiment, SIT Study Abroad, SIT Graduate Institute, and World Learning alumni are engendering change worldwide — in fields that include sustainable development, international education, TESOL, conflict transformation, public policy, advocacy, food security, and social justice, among many other areas. We strongly encourage our alumni to stay connected and engaged with the entire World Learning community.
Join the online alumni community through Experiment Connect! Experiment Connect is a portal designed for alumni to search and connect with Experimenters worldwide, see what’s new, and check out upcoming events. Access the Experiment Connect network of 125,000 alumni when you move to a new city, look for a new job, or want to connect with others like you.
Be sure we have your most current contact information so we can stay in touch! We host events in many cities. The online community is the best way to know what’s happening, but we also send invitations based on your location, so make sure we know where you are and how we can be in touch.
Applicants are selected to participate in a two-month online training course in project design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, and proposal writing. After successful completion of the course, five fellows will be selected to receive funding for their projects and will be paired with mentors who will provide guidance on designing sustainable social innovation programs.
