The student applying should complete the fields below. Parents/guardians will receive a login to the Parent Portal once the student has completed the Applicant Information page of the student application. Educators who work with students nominated by a mentoring organization/partner school to apply will receive a login to the Counselor Portal once the student has completed the Program Selection page of the application.
Please note: the Primary Parent/Guardian email address that you provide must be different than the student email address used to create your account. If you enter the same email address for a student and the first Parent/Guardian, you will receive an error and not be able to proceed through the application.
