Farm to Table: Spanish Style! (Spain Language group 1)

Last week, I went with my family to go pick fresh tomates azul. Where I live, there aren’t any farms (except banana plantations and fields of orange trees, a couple of hours north). We then made them into a gazpacho along with fresh cucumbers, and it was great. Where I live in the Florida Keys, my mother picks key limes and makes it into a fantastic key lime pie, but it’s not the same as making dinner with fresh, hand-picked tomatoes. ~ Gus
