This week, our group took a visit to the Alhambra, one of the seven wonders of the modern world. It was a pleasure to observe and obtain knowledge about the history of this magnificent palace. Learning about how the Alhambra was the set of last muslim dynasty before the christian reconquest and how it was used as a fortress intrigued me. The building’s intricate designs and detailed mosaics were marvelous and impressive. Overall, I feel grateful to be given the chance to visit the Alhambra and I hope to come back in the future! -Donica
